Guideline Fario with Battenkill Reel
This is my go to setup for light trout action in smaller waters. It’s a Guideline Fario 8’6″ 3wt with an Orvis Battenkill.
The all setup feels light in hand and well handle dries like a charm, with delicate presentation thanks to the Rio Trout LT. It will manage nymphing. If so i prefer tight line or a light hopper dropper.
